Which new titles had the strongest debut?

This was a good quarter for new shows based on book/comic adaptations. As well as The Witcher, adaptations Watchmen & His Dark Materials from HBO and Batwoman from The CW are also in the five most demanded new shows by US audiences. The Mandalorian is the top non-adapted show, although it is part of the Star Wars IP.

12 of the 15 highest performing new titles this quarter are SVOD originals, with 3 being linear originals. Watchmen is the linear title with the most premiere demand.

Which existing or new titles gained the most audience attention from October to November?

The Mandalorian debuted near the start of Nov 2019. This timing, combined with strong audience appeal, helped it easily have the single strongest month on month growth for Oct-Nov. Demand for the show grew by nearly 60x the market’s average demand for a title.
