Like many other streaming services YouTube Red does not share audience data or ratings results for its content. However, at Parrot Analytics we’re able to track the demand of shows and we’ve discovered that Cobra Kai swept the legs of all streaming rivals for the week of May 6-12. This includes 13 Reasons Why and Arrested Development from Netflix, plus Hulu’s The Handmaid’s Tale. This makes Cobra Kai the highest rating YouTube Red show to date, and it’s the first time a YouTube Red original has beaten the competition since YouTube launched the premium service.
