Christmas is all about family. It doesn’t matter what we eat or the gifts we receive, as long as the season is spent with loved ones. So, we decided to analyze the demand for family-themed shows during this festive season.
We compared the average Demand Expressions™ for family-themed shows during the last one week (6 December 2015 to 13 December 2015) in Canada. Here are the top ten most in-demand family shows in Canada right now:
The Simpsons (one of the longest running American sitcoms) tops this list , followed by Family Guy at number two. Interestingly, older shows such as Full House and Malcolm in the Middle also feature in the top ten most in-demand family-themed shows in Canada, albeit with lower Demand Expressions™.
